Payment

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to artworks that are made to order, commissioned, or otherwise personalized.

Due to the nature of original artworks, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged packaging and item.
