Purchasing Original Artwork
Original works are available directly through Victoria Poveda Studio.
Each available work is listed with its dimensions, materials and current price. To enquire about a particular piece, please use the Inquire about this work link on its page.
Once availability is confirmed, I will provide the details needed to complete the purchase, including shipping costs and estimated delivery time.
Shipping
Original works are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of the artwork. A shipping quote will be provided before purchase.
International orders are welcome. Please note that customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Works on paper are carefully protected and packaged according to their size and destination. Packaging is selected to provide appropriate protection while keeping the artwork in its best condition during transit.
Returns
For purchases made by consumers at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason.
If you wish to exercise this right, please contact me at info@victoriapovedastudio.com within the applicable period. The artwork must then be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying me of your decision.
Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the artwork is the responsibility of the buyer.
The artwork must be returned safely packaged and in its original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to damaged or non-conforming artwork.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks that have been made according to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Damaged or Non-Conforming Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or does not correspond to what was purchased, please contact me as soon as possible at info@victoriapovedastudio.com, including photographs of the artwork and packaging.Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Legal Guarantee
Original artwork is covered by the applicable statutory guarantee for lack of conformity. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
