Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days.

Each print is produced, signed, and packaged in the artist’s studio before shipping.

Packaging

Prints are carefully protected using acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping

Free shipping is available within Spain.

International shipping is available with a flat rate of €30.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@victoriapovedastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork.

A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Returns

Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
